The MyCase “Don’t Panic” is a wholly remarkable case. I should note, however, that there are many things that this case cannot do: It cannot repel an attack of hyper-intelligent killer dolphins; Nor can it make you a mixed drink; And you would have a hard time trying to use it as a fire extinguisher.

While it does lack many of these more “refined” traits, it does have two key attributes which place it far ahead of its competition: first, it is slightly cheaper and, second, it has the words “Don’t Panic” written in large, friendly letters the cover.

*Notes Regarding iPad 2 Compatibility:*
Although originally designed for the iPad 1, MyCase Concepts has determined that our line of cases is compatible with the iPad 2. We have determined this through our own experiences and from the feedback of a number of customers who have reported the same. The key takeaways regarding iPad 2 compatibility are as follows:

"The iPad moved a little while in the case, but not enough to be a nuisance."
The MyCase well-protects the iPad 2 from wear and bumps
The back camera is inaccessible and the front camera sometimes requires proper alignment
To better align the iPad 2 within the MyCase, a third-party inexpensive gel or snap-on case can be added to the iPad 2 before inserting it in the MyCase. Small layers of foam or cloth can also be used.
To ensure a good fit, the velcro latch which keeps the iPad 2 within the MyCase's frame should be tautly attached.
The case is not compatible with the iPad's closed case sleep feature.

*Notes Regarding iPad 3 Compatibility:*
Because the iPad 3 has similar dimensions to the iPad 2, our above compatibility notes should still apply. Actually, because the iPad 3 is slightly thicker than the iPad 2, its fit within our cases should be slightly better. The case is not compatible with the iPad's closed case sleep feature.
